This client had purchased new vinyl replacement windows to be installed inside of the window jambs in place of the sashes. Our role was to complete the installation with the precision required for a proper fit, smooth operation, and long‑term weather resistance.

They then had us return for full rebuilds of their front porch & back deck, railing systems, and steps. We removed the failing components, addressed and repaired the underlying framing, and constructed new, structurally sound structures with updated railings and safe, properly built steps. The finished results provide stronger, more attractive, and longer‑lasting entryways for the home.
