We performed a complete front‑of‑house refurbishment for this client, addressing both structural deterioration and long‑term protection of the home’s exterior. We replaced rotted wood across the façade and rebuilt damaged sections to restore structural integrity and preserve original architectural details; refurbished the existing columns, repairing compromised areas and bringing them back to a clean, stable, historically appropriate appearance; painted the full front elevation, giving the home a refreshed, cohesive look that highlights its charm; and sealed the exterior envelope, improving durability and protecting the home from moisture intrusion and future deterioration.

In addition to the full front‑facade refurbishment, we completed a series of interior updates to bring the inside of the home up to the same standard as the exterior. We selectively demoed to remove water-damaged sheetrock. Performed the sheetrock repairs throughout the affected areas, and painted the spaces, including walls, ceilings, and trim, to give the rooms a clean, cohesive finish that complements the renewed exterior.
