Our client purchased this home with plans for a full renovation, and we were brought in to execute several key components of that transformation. The work began with building out multiple rooms and closets to create a more functional interior layout, followed by reinforcing the existing second‑floor ceiling joists to improve structural stability throughout the home.

From there, we installed new windows and doors, reframed and redirected the main staircase to better suit the updated floor plan, and demolished the entire sunroom to make way for structural corrections. Working with our welding partners, we also installed a new structural C‑beam, sistered to an existing damaged beam that did not span the entire room length, ensuring the home’s framing was properly supported.

Together, these upgrades formed a critical part of the larger renovation, strengthening the structure while reshaping the interior for the client’s long‑term vision.
