This project transformed an underused semi‑enclosed front porch into a fully enclosed, heated‑and‑cooled laundry room—a practical upgrade that gave the client everyday functionality without expanding the home’s footprint. 

We fully enclosed the porch by framing and insulating the walls and finished the interior with drywall, flooring, trim, a window, a new front door and paint so the room blends seamlessly with the rest of the home.
